Disliked: the room due to construction

Liked: Shower in bathroom obviously redone and was nice.
Disliked: Room was in older part of hotel directly off pool and curtains didn’t quite close, so room very bright at night. Stayed here before, but in the north tower and it was a lot better.

Pleasant

Liked: The staff was very helpful with questions. The bed was very comfortable.
Disliked: The walk from the front desk to the room for my disabled dad was a bit much. None of the restaurants had gluten free food.

Very nice.

Liked: The hotel scenery is beautiful and unique. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Not enough handicap parking on the back side.

Disliked: Long way to walk to rooms in heat

Disappointing

Disliked: Beds were the worst as far as comfort. The pillows were like hard throw pillows. I will never stay again.
