It was an average 1...

Liked: Good Nice Breakfast. Distance from room to elevator, and appearance of facility.
Disliked: Beds were very hard, pillows way too soft, not good truck & trailer parking, and no fast food nearby.

Liked: Lobby was great, food was good, patio with fire pit was good except the fireplace wasn't working the entire time. Beds are a bit firm. Hair dryer was completely broken. Shower doors were off the rails. Once fixed all was great

Our grandchildren want to return....

Liked: Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was varied & plenty.
Disliked: The only complaint is trivial. We booked 5 people & there were no linens ready for the sofa bed & not enough towels. They were supplied readily.

Liked: The hotel is located near SBU. Aldi's, Walmart and other necessity's were close by.
Disliked: It was cold...
