Best Western Plus Boardman Inn & Suites

Clean and comfortable room.

Liked: The gentleman at the front desk was very nice. Pleasant disposition. The room was clean it had a nice smell. Comfortable bed. I will definitely stay at a Best Western again.
Disliked: The toiletries were little tiny bottles.

Great sleep but

Liked: The i'm comfort that was one of the best.I've felt all of the other hotels.I've ever stayed at made me feel uncomfortable.
Disliked: We asked for an ADA-accessible shower, and it fell short with a small tub and a single-hand railing. The breakfast room was overcrowded and on the louder side, so ended up skipping breakfast most of the stay

Liked: Breakfast was good. Services were on top of everything. The bed was really comfortable
Disliked: I didn't like that you could hear people above us walking around at night. My granddaughter spliced chocolate milk on the bed and they charged us $50 for stains.....wasn't aware that chocolate milk stained.
