Best Western Plus Bloomington East

In town for the Black Dirt Music Festival. We were able to check in early. Quick Uber ride to the venue downtown. Service desk employees were very friendly. Free breakfast was great. I would stay there again. Room was very clean.

Liked: Clean, clean, clean; quiet; safe.
Disliked: Nothing.

It was our first experience to stay overnight out of town to watch a concert in Bloomington Center for the Performing Arts. Baymont is highly recommended for its service, location, and affordability.

Liked: Great location; staff are accommodating; affordable.
Disliked: The hallway smells of cigarettes.

Terribly disappointing. I’m not one...

Liked: My air conditioning unit didn’t it work. The deadbolt lock in my door didn’t line up with the lock property. I had to put a chair by my door. The waffles were AWFUL and the apple juice tasted like water. We ended up buying breakfast out. I’m sad because we moved my niece to ISU and I was hoping to come back for family weekend but I’ll make arrangements elsewhere.

Liked: The area was great, so many options for restaurants
Disliked: Lots of fruit flies, in the lobby, in the bathroom in the main hallway, even up to the 3rd floor.

Liked: Breakfast was good.
Disliked: A group of people partied loudly at the pool with loud music until well past 11 pm. We were told the pool closed at 9 pm. Our room was right above it.
