We loved the room.

Liked: The bed and pillows!
Disliked: The short toilets. Couldn't get off - husband had to help me.

I wish the price was...

Liked: The gal at the front desk was over the top perfect in every way. If I owned a motel, she would be the face of it.
Disliked: I thank you for the complimentary coffee in the room. But they were all decaf. Most people like caffeinated coffee in the morning.

By far the worst experience...

Liked: I like that the room and hotel itself looked clean at first glance.
Disliked: I didn't like that I had previously called to confirm two of my reservations that were advanced paid on booking.com only to get there and was told they only had one reservation under my name. After explaining to the front desk clerk to clarify, he confirmed there was 2 reservations but then proceeded to tell me to swipe my debit card again and wouldnt tell me why I was swiping my card. I swiped my debit card and lo and behold, I was charged a 3rd time directly thru the hotel for another room which I did not stay in. This was all sorted the following business and I did get my money back for the 3rd charge. Upon returning home, I realized we brought bed bugs back from the hotel to our home which we are now actively dealing still.
