Good for an overnight
Liked: Convenient from the highway. Easy check-in. Comfortable bed.
Disliked: Not great value for price. Couldn?t understand the ?Plus?

Towels were dirty the remote...
Disliked: When I called and asked if the room had a fridge and microwave they told me no just a fridge but that there would be a microwave in the lobby I could use ....I got there twenty mins later after calling and noticed the microwave had a huge out of order sign which u could tell was on there for a while ...I was coming all the way from Massachusetts and got stuff I would be able to warm up in the microwave to eat so this did not make me happy ...The towels that were clean and folded had blood stains or red nail polish on it still don?t know which one it was .... the remote didn?t work the ac didn?t work and mind u it was like 80 the whole weekend....I put towels outside the door the next morning when I woke up right before I left to do some stuff when I came back like 8 hours later the towels were still on the floor outside my hotel door where I left them...no room service, and there was tags to clothing thrown on the floor behind the table which means house keeping didnt do a really good job before me occupying that room ....there is a nasty virus going around I should have a peace of mind knowing my room was cleaned and sanitized right but instead I?m left with thoughts in my head of how I Hope the people that occupied that room before me didn?t have anything !!!!!!! Not happy at all!!!!!!

arrogant staff, cant count cash...
Liked: its close
Disliked: the front desk staff are not competent. My card wouldnt go through, so I offered to pay cash, there was a 100 deposit so I handed the lady $240, (room was $120).I was asked for $140. I was directed to an atm storefront that was closed. I called the hotel again confirm, I was told by another staff that it was 240 and that the previous staff member asking for more money had left. I returned, lined up- again for another 10 minutes,. When it came my turn, i asked specifically for the name of the woman and I made it clear that I was going to raise this issue with their manager, the man then turns and tells me he refuses o let me check in as I was already feeling angry at the hotel (failing to see the reason why). To be clear, I was angry at the immense delay that these errors have caused as I had my guest and I had a deadline which of course were aggravated by these errors. Top it all, I had to scramble for another place. for my guest to stay. Overall, condescending staff and unfamiliar at what they do, original review was blocked when I referred to the behaviors as bullying their customers. Ithought to share so people be warned, lets see if it goes through.
