Best Western Plus Birmingham Inn & Suites

Liked: Very nice and clean.
Disliked: My one thought is that the TV was not setup - we had to call for help.

Staff was excellent. Hotel overall was clean, but did not like the fact that I found hair in my bed that did not belong to me. Hotel was very noisy due to a soccer tournament, and I wished they were able to put me away from elevator and noise.

Liked: Excellent staff.

Liked: The lobby, pool area, and our room were very clean and smelled pleasant. Check-in went smoothly and quickly. Tanay was our night clerk and he was fantastic. SO polite and professional. My husband and I had time-sensitive documents that needed to be printed, signed, scanned and returned. He was more than willing to help us complete our business well within our timeline. He gave recommendations for dinner and was spot on. Our room was clean and fresh, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was spotless. We will definitely stay here again!

Liked: Overall, it was a delightful experience. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive; my room was spotless. The comfort of the bed and furnishings made for a restful night's sleep, which is always a top priority for me when traveling. One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast. The variety offered was wonderful, with fresh fruits, pastries, and a selection of hot dishes that catered to different tastes. It was a great way to start each day, and the dining area was bright and inviting.
Disliked: However, I did notice that the pool area could use some attention. While the pool itself was a nice feature it was dirty a lot of hair and other items floating in the pool.
