Liked: The room was spacious.
Disliked: Booked the jacuzzi room with fireplace, purposely for the jacuzzi room. It was DISGUSTING. The jets had thick, brown SLIME all over them🤢 The front desk offered to give me a refund or cleaner. I decided to take the cleaner.. they did refund my room $75 since I was cleaning the tub. After getting it scrubbed clean the tub water coming from the faucet never cleared up..and i had a tub full of brown water!!! The tub was never used, i complained..again. the manager said wenhad already made the deal last night by taking off $75. The jacuzzi rooms should come with a warning about Pittsfields brown water...at least use a filter or something!Never going back there.
