Liked: Location and the staff were friendly and helpful

Disappointed

Liked: We booked again as we had been before very disappointed with the fact that the swimming pool was out of order I didn't find out till after we had paid.
Disliked: The first room was dirty which they did move us but that along with the swimming pool being out of order wasn't a great start .

Reasonable

Liked: Air conditioning.
Disliked: Gym equipment was very dated.Dinner was not great and very salty

Lift was out of action...

Liked: The air conditioner in my room worked well on a hot weekend. The staff are very good.
Disliked: The lift had broken down and was not repaired throughout my 4 nights. I had to climb up stairs to the second floor which hurt my back.The hotel has now closed its very nice swimming pool which was one of its attractions.The management seem reluctant to spend enough on maintenance and the hotel is nowhere near as good as it was. I have stayed there a lot and am disappointed by the decline.

Liked: The welcome by Katy on reception was exceptional and I was late night check in, very helpful cheerful welcome from Katy.I was offered a choice of room which was appreciated.
