Liked: Breakfast and dinner very good and staff very helpful and pleasant.The room was clean and ok but bathroom a bit tired
Disliked: The Pool and spa facilities were out of action and also the lift

Liked: The staff were excellent. Polite and helpful. Breakfast was great and good value.
Disliked: Outside entrance was disappointing. Swimming pool was not in use. Windows need replacing to stop the road noise. Just all looked a little unloved.

Disliked: The lift was out of order. We were only on first floor fortunately, any higher floor would have been a problem with mobility.

Great hotel and location.

Liked: Overall superb, we were very impressed with their professionalism and assistance of all the reception team.Hotel is very clean and quiet.The location is a bit out of the centre of Lincoln but the the service great taxis into Lincoln are very reasonable rates and prompt which the hotel can book for you as well.
Disliked: Nothing keep up the fantastic work
