Disappointing

Liked: Lady on evening check in wad wonderful.
Disliked: The room was very tired and of poor quality.It looked and sounded like if you hadn't booked through them but through booking.com then you got the poor rooms.

Disliked: We didn’t like that the SPA was out of action. There was mould in the bathroom and the sink was loose and wobbled.The mugs hadn’t been cleaned from the previous occupants and the tea and coffee hadn’t been replenished
