Absolutely will never stay there...

Disliked: Dirty Hallways and Elevator. Spider webs in the room and crushed food crumbs in the carpet in the bedroom. Couch was old stained and terribly hard. They had turned the cushions over incorrectly to hide it. Hallway smelled like garlic and cooked food by the elevator. Staff put a letter under our door there would be no more housekeeping service due to staffing shiShortages. BUT we saw plenty of housekeeping employees on the 1st and 3rd floors. I expect basic service if I request it as i was there 4 days. I was there for work not to maintain and clean my room. That is why i pay them to stay there.

Disliked: Staff was rude. The washer and dryer didn't work properly. The room/ facilities weren't cleaned well.

Disliked: Keys always had to be re programmed, back door didn’t work with key.
