Disliked: It was not hotel's fault they had it posted, but maybe some enforcement of the rules. Parking spaces clearly marked as compact only and no backing in. I could hardly get in my vehicle or back up far enough to get out because of a huge pickup truck that had backed in next to me who clearly did not fit. There was also another one a few spaces down. It was very frustrating.

Disliked: We were tired when we checked in and didn’t notice the small sign saying that housekeeping is available only upon request, and unfortunately, no one mentioned it to us at check-in either. As a result, our room was never cleaned during our stay.I asked for clean towels at the front desk and had to wait over an hour for them to be delivered (they couldn’t be picked up directly from reception).For over $250 per night, it’s frustrating that guests have to request basic services like room cleaning and then wait so long for something as simple as towels.I wouldn’t recommend this place.

A Best Choice in Eureka!

Liked: Loved the placement of our 3rd floor room, quiet, spacious, and easily accessed. But the best part was the front desk and how Zach accommodated our every need. He truly is an asset to your hotel and company. Never let him go!

Great garden and breakfast!

Liked: The garden was so lovely with koi fish and frogs and plants. Breakfast was great quality. Staff were great. It had a fantastic location walking distance from the water.
