Convenient location, free breakfast, and...

Liked: The location. Just few steps away from all the shops, restaurants, and transportation. It’s nice to have breakfast included and free parking. Plus they’re dog friendly!
Disliked: The facility over all is dated. The room we stayed was smelled really bad smoking, just like some heavy smokers stayed there entire week. (The front desk staff told me it might have been carried in from outside, but I know it’s not the case) The walls are thin so you will hear people talking, walking, and door open & closed throughout the night.

Liked: It was too expensive but breakfast was so poor.

Liked: Parking in the basement.
Disliked: Air-Conditioner was very loud. The temperature in the fridge was high.

Liked: The location was handy to downtown Banff and parking, and breakfast was included.
Disliked: The "patio" was a step out that overlooked the driveway to the garage. If we had gotten a balcony it would have been of the same view or worse , (as the backside view is of the paved top of the underground garage. Don't expect any atmosphere. The room was comfortable but nothing special for the huge price.

Liked: Location to the centre of Banff.
Disliked: Room 305, located above the swimming pool. Unfortunately last night I had to complain twice about the excessive and unsocialable noise coming from the pool at 9.50pm and 10.20pm.
