Liked: Clean rooms, good size, spa bath
Disliked: Sofa needs updating, I sat on it and sunk straight through, only way to sit on it was with the pillows off the bed, mattress while comfortable has a slope toward the edge, stayed here numerous times over the years, time to update some furnishings.

Liked: Great room; quiet; spa was excellent; bed very comfortable. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Highly recommend this hotel for short or longer stays. have booked again for this coming Friday and need to do some business in Ballarat on Saturday
Disliked: While booking on the internet found it hard as couldn't differntiate from the photos and descriptions what the difference between some of the rooms was e.g. difference between a Deluxe King Spa room and a Superior one.Difficult to get a park but feel attributable it was probably peak time with school holidays on.
