Best Western Plus Atrium Inn

Overly priced, but okay stay.

Liked: The architecture and pool area are fantastic. Breakfast was good.
Disliked: Over priced for the room we got. It smelled like wet carpet and the walls paint was chipping. Beds were okay not soft enough for my liking.

Probably would not stay there...

Disliked: Too close to highway. Think walls. Room smelled like really old cigarette smoke. Sink did not drain and there was no shampoo.

Disliked: Front desk person . Had a book and prepaid for one night. The person at the front desk insisted we had booked for 3 nights. Asked for my name told him and he pronounced it wrong, corrected him And he repeated " that's what I said". He even made a copy of the reservation and taped on the paper the 3 nights. I kept telling him I booked for 1 night, he then said to take it up with the 3 party who was booking.com. I showed him the proof and receipt of my 1 night receipt. He backed off and then said if we wanted we could stay the other nights. His attitude just turned out day upside down. We stayed at that hotel At least 5 other times but with this kind of welcoming we will no longer be back. The bathroom tollet was clogged up and the elevator was way too slow.

Liked: We loved the pool. We spent 2 hours just enjoying the atmosphere. The room was very clean & comfy. After along day it was a great choice.

A bit of a disappointment...

Liked: Couldn't charge my phone properly. My straightening iron wouldn't stay plugged in to the wall by the bathroom vanity/ sink area. The charging station was not working next to the bed.The room reeked of old carpet. The remote had NETFLIX, but it didn't work. Elevators need to be updated. I just didn't think it was worth the money I paid to stay 1 night.The bed was comfortable.Easy check in.

Liked: I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and comfort of the hotel. We stayed for a basketball tournament and were very comfortable for the weekend. Its not super spacious or luxurious but definitely clean and just what we needed.
