Liked: All of the staff was excellent and very helpful.
Disliked: The property is extremely dated and in decay. Beds are old and the sofa bed mattress was basically non existent. Bathrooms are out of the 80's. Definitely not worth the high dollar amount they charge. Parking is very limited and yet they seem to be storing jet skis and other personal equipment in their garage.

Disliked: Room service didn't exist. Had to call each time and still didn't turn up till end of day to change sheets or take trash or give new towels. Had i know that i would have booked another hotel.The dirty area below balcony's. Loose cans and towels disgusting and can see it form games room. Games room tired, carpet in hallways tired. 1 lift only working all week- disgusting for a hotel chain like this so always took the stairs. The reception staff didn't seem to want to know me looked away didn't service so odd and rude. The man was very very odd ill never forget him. The reception smelt of heavy Lysol and we nearly threw up each time we entered.
