Not friendly

Liked: Location was great- right by the beach
Disliked: Staff was not friendly, except for Kenneth who gave us information on where we could park, he was the only person at this hotel who was welcoming and friendly.. Other than that housekeepers were rude, front desk staff seemed bothered when contacted. I requested a crib upon check in - never received it, I kept calling front desk and no answer- I called hotel directly from my cell phone and no answer either. I had to walk to the front desk at midnight to request the crib yet again to find the agent watching his phone- approached me as if I was bothering him. We had to park 2 blocks away because the lot was full, a bit inconvenient.

Liked: The location and beach are great. Only pluses.
Disliked: We ended up having to move twice. First room was extremely musty and hard to breath in - had mold all over the air vents. Had to spend the night in the room due to the time we arrived. Second room had bed bugs and my son woke up with bites all over.

Not worth the money stay...
