Lousy Hotel

Liked: I like the location and the swimming pool.
Disliked: I reported a problem with a refrigerator freezing our water, and they never came to fix it. They did not turn on the air conditioning for the continental breakfast it was 83° inside and when I mentioned it to them they said there's a lot of people in there I saw the thermostat it was not on. We came down for breakfast and there were no plates we asked the girl who is taking care of the breakfast she was on her cell phone I told her we need some plates she got in the elevator and went upstairs came down 5 minutes later with only three plates. The better for the waffles was water thin, and they did not cook well inside the machine. The people who ran that hotel were only interested in saving money and did not care about the people staying there, and nobody was at the front desk most of the time we had to wait for somebody to come up from the back that hotel is a hell hole I would definitely never go back to that hotel nor will I recommend any of my friends to La Quinta. That will no longer be my first choice for a hotel things have got to change first you should send somebody from corporate office to this hotel and find out what the hell's going on with the people running it.

Disliked: I've stayed at Best Western Hotels many times and am normally satisfied. This time was different. We booked a 3 night stay but left after 1. The beds were sunken in and extremely uncomfortable. The breakfast was empty when my kids went to eat even though it wasn't close to the end time. We had to ask for enough towels for the number of guests we had and had to ask for soap as well. Just wasn't a good experience.

Liked: It was nice and quiet
Disliked: I had to go to the lobby to get ice and the bed was very firm

Good

Liked: The ease of booking and checking in. I love that the room was spacious and just easy. There was also quite a bit of options at the breakfast bar.
Disliked: The fact that there was no one servicing the breakfast bar. It was out of alot of the options and after more than 30 mins no one ever came to service it. Also the beds in our room were VERY uncomfortable. Our bathroom could have been a little cleaner. But still better than other places we have stayed.
