Disliked: The side walk was uneven my mom fell broke her ribs and teeth went through lip and got scraped up. Working with motel

Disliked: The hotel was dirty and not a lot of upkeep. The carpets looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed and the elevator floor was filthy. There was geese poop everywhere outside so you had to watch where you stepped. I would stay somewhere else next time.

Disliked: Hot tub was cold and really gross looking and jets barely worked. Pool was ok. We tried using the game room but onlyOne thing would work besides the pool table and the front desk lady was of zero help with it

Disliked: The room was not as clean as I’d hoped. Carpet hadn’t looked like it had been vacuumed since last guest was there. Fan in bathroom was not working & vent was caked with dust. The bathtub drain stop was pulled out & laying on corner of tub.
