Liked: Besides the room was clean and comfortable, that's all.
Disliked: I didn't like the fact that the pool was out of order and it said nothing about the pool being down in the site. Then the fact that they couldn't even find my reservation because someone didn't put my full last name in they only put the first 3 letters down.

Disliked: Wifi was terrible. Staff didn’t seem to care that it didn’t work. The breakfast ran out early, housekeeping didn’t make the room up daily. The pillows weren’t very comfortable.

Best hotel I have stayed...

Liked: The staff here went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and it was actually a shame to leave, I could not have asked for anything else, there was a friendly welcome at the front desk, a friendly face at breakfast and a friendly face at check out too. My room was very clean and of a very good size, the facilities in this hotel also were good, although I didn’t have time to use them I did have a look, and everything was so well kept. I would recommend staying here, I would definitely stay again!

Disliked: The fan in the bathroom didn't work and the rooms were very humid. Towels and swim suites wouldn't ever dry!
