Liked: The rooms are always clean and very spacious

Expensive for 1 night remodeled...

Disliked: Wasn’t the cleanest,old, some doors wouldn’t close properly, elevator made loud noise, stains on pillow cases and chairs. Sink drain didn’t work properly. Parking ramp was sketchy. Room has strange musky smell in it.

Disliked: There was a giant hole in our sheet rock. Parking was a bit confusing. There was such a huge gap in our door you could see the hall and hear everything and everyone.

Liked: Well .. to start. This is not my first time at this location. .. And again they STEPPED it Up!! .. upon arrival my room smelled and looked amazing!! The houseman on staff asked if he went over the Top..after I went in.. quickly said "my wife will love it".. and she did. Secondly.. the staff.. the pool and breakfast. All were on point to every need.. not just mine. I saw them in action. This just might be my home away from home.

Disliked: There were several issues with the room. First, the huge picture window did not have a shade. A flood light came on automatically each night, which lit up the room and made it difficult to sleep. We had issues with ants, with very little food out. Staff came and sprayed one day, but even when all the food was zipped up, we were still killing a lot of ants. The bunk beds were very wobbly and boards were loose. A spindle fell off the stair railing. This hotel is definitely not worth the money I paid.
