A so-so experience

Liked: Property looked to have a place where you could have breakfast, because the location is a little away from most popular areas of NewCastle it’s good to have somewhere to have a place to go to eat.
Disliked: The 2 nights where a little challenging because we could hear everything our neighbours were talking bout and also footsteps from the above room, so not so great to rest at night when you have noisy neighbours and if you are a light sleeper.cleanliness is just ok, the office chair was dusty or dirty, the balcony areas was the same way. I wanted to have somewhere tea before bed but as I moved the kettle from its cupboard there were 2 cockroaches, small ones. This could be a sign of maybe more somewhere else. The bathroom and bed were great. Not placing photos because the room is as it shows.

Overall nice place to stay....

Liked: Spacious rooms and good restaurant / Bar. Happy hour was great too at the bar and had a lovely relaxed vibe as well.
Disliked: Corridors were extremely loud! We could hear every single conversation people were having outside of our doors and in the rooms beside us. The pillows were super stiff and the bed wasn’t comfortable either. Bathrooms need to have a good clean as well as they weren’t that clean.

Liked: The room was quiet and very comfortable despite being near the busy road.
Disliked: The extra bed wasn't provided on the first night as requested.

Great stay, will stay again

Liked: We are repeated visitors to this hotel whenever we stay in Newcastle as it's always clean, and we love the buffet breakfast. Parking is free and easy, and it's easy driving access to most things newcastle.
