Liked: The location, the room very clean
Disliked: The pillows were really flat

Friendly and efficient staff at...

Liked: Staff went out of their way to accommodate our needs as a group needing 3 rooms. Our room was extremely spacious and comfortable. The furniture was antique making the room feel unique rather than run of the mill.
Disliked: The menu was a little limited but we all really enjoyed the food. The cost to park should be clear on the listing.

Very good all round !

Liked: Stayed in sheldon room , very roomy and bed comfy !Shower was also very good Staff very friendly and checked in with no issues .Breakfast was excellent and well presented !
Disliked: Nothing springs to mind , which is how it should be

Relaxing short break

Liked: Central location with good parking, friendly staff & comfortable room. We were able to check in early & the staff working in the bar/restaurant on the Sunday evening were very efficient & welcoming despite it being quite busy.

very good hotel in centre...

Liked: amazing room with a very comfy bed, seperate lounge area and a large bath room with a bath . although located fronting onto the main square it was really quiet, a very good nights sleep was enjoyed. room has everything we needed, plenty of parking .
Disliked: Breakfast had a good selection but wasn't freshly cooked, wasn't under heat lamps so not too bad but for the quality of the hotel it was surprising not to have a fresh cooked menu option .

Overpriced for what it is

Liked: Good location and handy parking (although £7.50 per night parking on top of room rate). Room was large and clean. Bed was comfortable. Check in and out was quick and easy.
Disliked: Pool was tiny, and ‘leisure centre’ was poor (only one treadmill, which was out of order). General facilities/atmosphere was very tired and worn. My stay was overall fine, however I definitely felt I overpaid for what I got and it was poor value for money. I wouldn’t stay again.

Disliked: I thought it was a bit too pricey for what it was.
