Good while we were there,...

Liked: The hotel was relatively close to tram and subway and we could easily reach the old town or any other location. The underground parking at 2,10m was wonderful for our car with a luggage compartment on top.
Disliked: The only problem was that, before I arrived, the hotel had blocked the price of the stay on my card. I payed at the reception on the first day but the money remained frozen. I asked the staff and they were rather dismissive of it, a couple of days up to a week and that's it... I left the hotel and nothing had been solved, so I wrote an email to the reception and , at 9 days after the payment, the sum for the 4 nights' stay was unblocked. In the response to my email, they said they had "manually unblocked" the money, otherwise it would have taken longer. Make sure you have enough cash when booking a room at this hotel, otherwise you won't be able to use your own money! And I also checked...I didn't find any information about blocking the sum in advance written on Booking...

Disliked: Beds were not comfy at all. Floor carpet was dirty. Location was also not good. Overall very disappointed with the hotel and we decided to reduce of stay to one night.

Liked: Everything was ok. Accommodations/ rooms / services and parking & garaje. You need to consider the cost of the parking, but you can count on it.The bus line 74a is quite in front of the hotel and you have direct connection to City Center and train station/ subway.
