Bad experience and I will...
Liked: Location
Disliked: The facilities: - It was too hard to get one of the two elevators and the other didn’t work.- The phone in the room was not working.- The safe was closed and tried to open it without any result.- The air condition was working only as a fan.- There was no fridge in the room.The service:- The staff at the reception was not friendly and not cooperative and didn’t try to solve the problems we faced.- The housekeepers were not clean and we found that the chocolate that we bought was stolen.- to get towels and sugar we have to ask everyday, and they gave us water only the first day.

Disappointing
Liked: The room itself was a bit spacious.
Disliked: We were supposed to pay 15 € additional for an earlier check-in but the room was not ok so we had to wait for a later check-in and the room was actually left half done.The window was broken, the carpet was dirty,no shampoo or dushgel.The staff had very much of an attitude cause we wanted another room!! Four stars hotel ?!!?!!This country seems to think that 4 stars is equal to 3 because in other countries 4 star hotels have all inclusive or at least kind and polite receptionists.And still I have seen a lot of 3 star hotels that have CLEAN CARPETS!!!

Liked: Location is perfect. Easy to reach from airport or main train station and very close to many main attractions. Rooms are wide enough. Bed was comfortable. Coffee and tea selections were provided in the room with a kettle.They cleaned my room daily upon my request.Wifi was fast.
Disliked: Elevator is too old and slow. Should be changed. This negatively affects the customer's experience as you should use it many times a day.There is no towel in the fitness room. Most hotels provide this. You leave the wet towels there after finishing your exercise.
