Liked: Friendly staff. Location is good. Breakfast is ok (not exceptional).
Disliked: It is a very noisy place. The windows are of such poor quality that many noises from the street are clearly audible inside the room. As the location is very central in Berlin there are always noises from the street. You would expect hotels with these classifications to have better sound isolated rooms.

Liked: Room was clean and functional. The TV only had German stations, no BBC, CNN or English channels which for a hotel is not great. Still, I had other things to do. Also the staff at the front desk was excellent, patient and very helpful.
