Liked: Easy to locate. Lovely room. Really great, friendly and helpful staff.

Best value for money

Liked: We loved our stay at the Ambassador orange. It was clean and spacious. We booked the executive king bedroom with spa bath. Loved the hot spa bath. We got a good night sleep, quiet night.
Disliked: A couple of items which I think could have been improved was that the staff during check-in put a mandatory requirement of physical debit or credit card. I didn’t carry one but luckily my wife did had one. Not sure what would happen in the worst case. Secondly there was no complimentary mineral water offered, had to use the 300ml water in minibar at a cost.
