Liked: Was very friendly staff was very clean and my kids like it
Disliked: Breakfast was very good on time every morning

Good value for money

Liked: Rooms have been updated and there are plenty of lights, charging stations and outlets. My room was very clean, quiet, very hot water and good shower pressure.
Disliked: The gym didn’t open until 7 am. I respect the need for quiet for guests on the first floor, but 7 am was way too late for me.

Disliked: Our one room door key wasn’t working but they were helpful

Pleasant

Disliked: There was an open junction box in my coworker's room that was not covered with drywall or a plastic cover. Looked tacky and unfinished.
