Liked: It was close to Adventureland
Disliked: We had to get our cards reset for our rooms twice. The person at the desk said that sometimes there’s a trick to getting the card keys to work. In my opinion in a hotel, there should not be a trick to get the card keys to work. They should just work.

Liked: Checked us in to a room already occupied Security door broken room keys would not open it. So they put a rug keeping it open unsecured No ice as a baseball group held a barbecue in parking lot grill tents etc Soap and Kleenex recently Pillow case dirty and bath mat damaged Spoke to front desk several times nothing changed

Liked: Next door to Adventureland. Nice restaurant across the parking lot.
Disliked: Not really up to the quality I have to expect from Best Western. The breakfast was inedible. Dirty and depressing.

Liked: Was very friendly staff was very clean and my kids like it
Disliked: Breakfast was very good on time every morning

Good value for money

Liked: Rooms have been updated and there are plenty of lights, charging stations and outlets. My room was very clean, quiet, very hot water and good shower pressure.
Disliked: The gym didn’t open until 7 am. I respect the need for quiet for guests on the first floor, but 7 am was way too late for me.
