Best Western Plus Albert Lea I-90/I-35 Hotel

We would stay here again...

Liked: Rooms were clean , comfy and roomy. We had a nice breakfast there . The staff were very helpful and nice ! They have a lovely yard to sit in .
Disliked: Hot tub was out of order but those things happen.

Liked: Good location right next to I-90 and I-35 interchanges. Clean room. Had trouble with blinds (maybe broken?) but the black out was pretty good. Broken office chair -- it went all the way down when I sat on it. LOL. I'm only 120 lbs! I meant to tell them but forgot.
Disliked: Just the broken chair and the blinds issues. All else was good.

Disliked: The heat was off in the room when we checked in at 9pm. It was cold and windy outside, 6 degrees. It felt like the window had been left open it was so cold. It took several hours to heat the room up until you could be comfortable.
