Great service from front desk...
Liked: Great proximity to SCU and Bill’s Cafe. The staff at the front desk were very professional and easy to work with!
Disliked: Rooms are small and outdated.

A safe & clean place...
Liked: We were so grateful to find this place. We attempted to stay at another higher end hotel in the area but unfortunately they had no running water after we checked in so we left. The best western saved the day. They had a cute outdoor pool area with a jacuzzi which we ended up having all to ourselves. The rooms were pretty clean, and we felt pretty safe there. They had a decent amount of options for breakfast and we were so grateful they had almond milk! The staff were all very friendly and went above and beyond. It’s not a perfect hotel by any means but it was a bit of a hidden gem because it checked all the boxes as far as amenities, still felt safe, and was fairly budget friendly too.
Disliked: I didn’t love how the parking lot felt so dark and we saw a lot of people hanging out in their vehicles. We couldn’t really tell if they were guests because in some cases it looked like they may have been living in their car. So that wasn’t the best as far as comfort level with leaving our car parked there. The breakfast, while it had a lot of options, which we were grateful for, the quality of the food itself did feel lacking a bit. There was also a lot of noise, I got woken up by the AC going off, and the walls were quite thin and I was woken up by guests next door having conversations in the middle of the night. I ended up only sleeping for a total of 2 hours so that wasn’t the best. That being said overall it was a pretty decent experience.

Comfortable and clean!
Liked: Cleanliness is very important to me. And let me tell you, this place is clean!! Nothing fancy, had all basic necessities available. Some of the best water pressure I’ve seen for the shower. The breakfast was great, my kids and I loved it.
Disliked: Can’t say I have anything negative to say.

Liked: The rooms were clean. The pool & jacuzzi was nice on a hot day.. The breakfast buffet had a lot of great choices hot & cold foods. There was plenty of parking on site.

Superb
Liked: I arrive before almost at 3pm but they allow me right away. By checking in, the gentlemen from the front desk, asking me only $25 deposit after they will refund me when I checking out. $25 isn't bad at all because some hotel they ask $100 to $200, but not this hotel. My room is the front the street near the pool, but it's seem bit quiet during the daytime. The bed very comfortable & the room is clean. They a gym here in the first floor I used & it's good. Ice machine available. Plenty parking lot space for each guest room. Near surrounded by small local restaurant as food & drink place near Santa Clara University.
Disliked: The breakfast is hit & miss because they some people & I arrive for breakfast this time at 6am. They still no hot breakfast as bacon or eggs. But later in 30 minutes, the housekeeping lady brought the hot tray foods but the people suddenly rush & grab quickly they can the hot meal. And I haven't got one, only toaster, yogurt & cofee. The housekeeping lady only brought one time. Funny how, they is a tip jar, but I wish they should have done having 2 hot trays breakfast then 1, then I would give a tip for it.
