Happy with my stay, would...

Liked: Room was large and comfy, breakfast from 6:00AM is excellent idea, quick to check in and check out, close to airport. Plenty of parking space.
Disliked: Breakfast is very nice though it is quite basic compared to BW in EU. Carpets, best not to have them in hotels. My room suffered from mild humming noise; suspect it is joined bathroom ventilation ducts that make this noise. Lucky for me I was very tired each day so managed to sleep without issues due to this noise.

Liked: It was a great place to stay. I would definitely stay here again if needed
Disliked: The shuttle from the airport kept me waiting 45 minutes instead of the 5 to 10 minutes I was told. Excuse from driver didn't make sense since I was the only passenger at the airport needing the shuttle and why did the driver tell me she would be there to pick me up in 5 to 10 minutes. I called her back after 35 minutes and questioned her and she said she got busy? I don't buy that and I was very disappointed in that response.

Great staff & location

Liked: Great front desk staff & excellent location & facility. Great breakfast staff too. Only wish the beds were softer as that's my preference. Otherwise top notch.
Disliked: See above- softer bed is my preference.

Liked: Great location. Polite staff all around! Just overall excellent customer service.
Disliked: Pool entrance right by the lobby doors. Bad for people to get sick right away when coming out of the pool to the cold lobby
