Liked: The breakfast was better than expected. The bed was ok, but a little hard. A decent hotel.
Disliked: Because of the brand I expected a better facility. I think this used to be a Ramada and bought by Best Western. So, the property wasn't as nice as I thought it would be. The walls were thin, we could here next to us and above us. Small TV. Overall decent.

It was ok. The rating on Booking.com was way off. There is no way this property is greater than an 8

Disliked: We had to get our key cards recoded three times. Which is hard late at night going all the way up to our room and then going back down to the front desk and stand in line to get key card reset.

Liked: Clean. Airport is 8 min ride.
Disliked: The shuttle did not arrive at 4am or in the next 30 min. We had to get an Uber which was hard to find at that hour and almost missed our flight. The attendant took our names and number the night before. But the shuttle is shared with other hotels and they don’t have a control of it, in principle. The attendant in the morning was trying to reach the driver and could not and at some point started to call an Uber himself. We got one first. It was an extremely unpleasant experience and first time ever for us very frequent travelers. The hotel should warn the guests about this. Now I think I may have seen this in one review but overlooked it.
