Needs an update

Liked: A very tired and small room but close to the airport.
Disliked: Our room and bed

Good

A run down and depressing...

Liked: Location was quite close to the Metro the windows could open to let in fresh air
Disliked: Worn out carpets and beds, shower was poorly maintained, drain on sink was horribly slow staff were disinterested

Very good

Good value for money.

Liked: Parking, bedroom, pet friendly, location.
Disliked: Shower , bathroom , blackout curtains

Worked well enough, was fine.

Liked: We stayed twice for one night, about a short stay near the airport. Was entirely adequate, quite dated. Was fine thank you. Food was great.
Disliked: Was a long walk from the airport, discovered the train later.

Ok for what we wanted

Liked: Room was large & beds were comfy. Breakfast was very good.
Disliked: Staff were not very polite. When we arrived there was only 1 person on reception & we had to queue for a long time. Surely someone else could have helped. It’s confusing having 2 hotels with almost the same name close to each other. We weren’t the only ones who were at the wrong hotel first try. I asked twice through booking.com for a late checkout and never received a reply. It’s 100Dkk per hour if you do want to do it which reception told me.
