Liked: Chairs in the rooms are really old and not in good conditions, I asked them to change the chair, they changed the chair but replaced chair was also in bad condition. they need to change the chairs.
Disliked: Breakfast is not excellent at all, its just poor.

Disliked: It was very hot in the gym- I think there was no AC.

Liked: Good location for us. Good breakfast.
Disliked: The room was in a noisy part of the building. Next to an exit door that slammed shut all hours. The shower head was broken and the staff did not repair after being asked to do so.

An experience I want to...

Liked: I can not give an accurate review because I wasn't able to stay. I sent an email to corporate regarding my frustration and disappointment. I don't have the energy or the desire to repeat the situation. But I was nice enough to forgive and not blast it on Google reviews or any social media platforms. But I will never stay at this establishment or recommend it to anyone. However, the front desk staff were patient and tried to help. I think management could've shown a little mercy and consideration. And that goes for my experience with booking.com, which I've used for years. But not anymore. Customer service was awful and very very frustrating. Just thinking about this situation is giving me negative vibes. But I thank God I got my money back. I pray that no one else experiences what I experienced. My time with my son was ruined. On Mother's Day of all days. My son and I had exciting plans for that area. The perfect location at a reasonable rate! But had to leave the hotel in the dark after midnight and we were tired and had to eat cold pizza in the lobby while I was trying to resolve the situation for almost 3 hours! Anyway, I'm done rehashing. Just please do better.

Disliked: Half the equipment in the gym were broken or not working, also it has a big window, giving anyone walking in the hall way an opportunity to enjoy the show I guess.I left my room for 7 hours, nobody came to clean, breakfast was very mid and as a woman traveling solo, I did NOT feel safe getting out of my room after dark. Water fountain and vending machines were far from my room, and after seeing a random man sleeping in one of the benches in the hallway, I decided it was safer to go without water for the night. The room itself was kinda clean, but the equipment needs an update. The fridge was broken, and the shower curtain didn't close all the way. Also, most outlets were covered, so it was hard to plug in my appliances. I think for 90$ a night you can find better accommodation.
