Disliked: The shower curtain kept sliding down on both ends of the curtain rod, the fridge is too high in temp it froze our beverages and the toilet seat slides

Liked: The room was a nice place for our family to retreat to. The beds were comfortable. The staff was very friendly and welcoming.
Disliked: The pool was closed during our stay, and this was one of the reasons we booked this hotel for our children to have that space to play and move, especially during the cold months. And, there was not rush to resolve the issue; we entered on a Wednesday, and we were told it would not be resolved until Monday at the earliest. The continental breakfast was disappointing. There were bananas the first morning, but there wasn't any fruit the remainder of the time. There wasn't a prepared protein available for self-service, but you had to ask the staff to make you eggs. I was not told this the first morning, and there was not always a staff member around to ask to make the eggs, so my children and I went two mornings without a protein. The suite room was comfortable, but the fabric of the couch was ripped, and there were several items, including a stick of deodorant and old food, left on the floor from previous guests.

Disliked: Limited selection for breakfast and could’ve been a little cleaner.

Liked: The facility was nice and really nothing was uncomfortable about the stay. We did not spend time at room except to sleep and shower next morning.
Disliked: 3 day stay but card key didn’t work 2nd & 3rd night…had to keep reprogramming them.
