Liked: It provided us enough space for the whole family to sleep
Disliked: One of the light fittings were broken in the double bedroom. The plug didn’t keep the water in the bath. The fridge didn’t keep the drinks and food cold. There was no play area for the children. Noisy when the window was open. It also opened all the way which is a bit of a hazard for young children. Especially on the third floor.

Disliked: Expensive parking, should be in the room service. We booked 2 rooms, not even 1 parking lot reserved. 13€ for a parking slot is stupid when it's written " parking" on the website . Also too warm. No A/C. suffocating during the summer, bad management of the heat. I Com from mediteranean country, without AC and with warmer climate, we manage to NOT have 27°C in the bedrooms...

Disliked: Dear Hotel Management,We recently stayed at your hotel in a two-bedroom suite and were quite disappointed with the conditions. One of the rooms had no window at all, and the only window in the suite faced a large generator that was extremely noisy throughout the night. We were unable to sleep because of the constant sound.This was not what we expected based on your listing. We kindly request you to consider compensation for the inconvenience.

Disliked: My bedroom was next to the loading bay therefore there was a lot of noise earlier in the morning.
