Liked: Unfortunately this historic Inn burned down a few days after our trip. I hope the staff is safe and wish the best to all Maui residents caught up in the wildfires.

Great place for an historic...

Liked: The Inn was in a fantastic location in the heart of Lahina. It is an over 100 year old inn, renovated, and fairly comfortable. The bed was too soft for us, but overall very nice. The staff was fantastic, especially Samantha. Great balcony was an unexpected plus. Would definitely recommend if you want to be in Lahina town...great sunsets, too.
Disliked: The A/C poured water onto the balcony (not just leaked) and the bucket to catch the water was there, so this was a known issue. The rocking chairs on the balcony had the armrest come apart...just needs attention. Nothing major, and the view from the balcony was great.

Liked: I loved how historic it was. It was well kept and lovely. The room was comfortable and clean. I loved my little lanai with the rocking chairs. I went out there every morning and evening. It overlooked the pool abs the dinjng area and gazebo. It was beautiful. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. They were able to accommodate an early arrival and were very helpful in guiding me to parking and food. I loved that it was centrally located. I could walk to everything- the shops, the restaurants, the harbor, the banyan tree park, the ocean, everything. I would definitely stay again and again.
Disliked: The only thing to say is that it was not handicap accessible. The rooms are all upstairs and there is no elevator. It is an old building so I understand but that would be the one drawback.

Historic charm and a great...

Liked: Mark, Kylie and Patty at the front desk are wonderful, helpful, friendly and full enthusiastic. The hotel is over 100 years old and you can feel the history as you walk through the lovely garden area, down the halls and enter your room. The pool was very nice and never crowded. Rooms facing the pool area do not get street noise. The location is an easy walk to all of Lahaina's restaurants, shops and bars.
Disliked: The room got hot and stuffy unless the air conditioner was running. The air conditioner was a bit loud which I liked because it blocked out any sounds from the neighboring rooms.
