It was okay for what...

Liked: It served the purpose of what we needed.
Disliked: They did not offer any complementary water other than the initial small water bottles in the room. Last year a water refill station was available in the reception area. This was removed due to new ownership.The supposed to be ice water at breakfast was hot. Breakfast demand was larger to what was offered and had to wait for refills.

Served our purposes but lack...

Disliked: We tried several times to call the front desk before arriving but no one answered the phone. When we finally arrived at 2:00pm we realized why. There is no in-person human manning the front desk. There’s just a large monitor with a person you can speak to but that person is far away and can only answer some basic questions but nothing else. We wanted to store our luggage until our room was ready, but obviously they couldn’t help with that since they weren’t actually at the hotel. When we came back at 9pm to check in, again no one was at the front desk. Our keys were issued through a machine and it took a very long time to check in using the computer. In the morning, same thing. I think there’s a very small time window when there’s actually someone physically available at the front desk, but we never saw it.

Liked: Everything was clean, and the room was updated with modern furnishings and decor. Bed was comfortable. I loved the flowerboxes outside of the rooms. There was even a package of ear plugs on the nightstand! The kiosk check-in was a new experience but quick and efficient, and the person was extremely polite and friendly. The free breakfast was amazing, and the hostess was great.
Disliked: only one tiny thing that wasn't great, our pillows did not match the quality of everything else. They were small, a little lumpy, and not very fluffy.

Liked: We did not like this room nor the hotel nor the service of this hotel
Disliked: We had booked this reservation not realizing he was a pet hotel we did not have pets because of that we couldn't change the reservation so we had to take a pet room it smelt like pee it was so bad we opened the windows in the morning we all had terrible headaches I am going to file a complaint with the county health department this room should never be rented out and tell it is thoroughly cleaned

Liked: The accessible bathroom was spacious and well designed for wheelchair use
Disliked: The room had an off putting order like vomit. It was repulsive. Communication with the front desk, onsite manager was cold and impersonal. There was no front desk associate in person but a remote agent from overseas. I was greeted by a voice and zoom type image on a screen. Agents seemed to utilize a translator before my questions could be answered. Not very welcoming
