Expensive moldy room

Liked: The location worked well for day trips around Petaluma and surrounding areas
Disliked: The bathroom has mold (evident from dark spots on ceiling above shower, nearly zero ventilation in bathroom, and my allergies being triggered). Carpet left my sons feet black. And check in was completed via a videochat on a screen in the lobby. I at least expected a person manning the desk for the nearly $250/night we paid.

Sucked Talk to a Kiosk.

Liked: We were happy with the location but, remote staff was VERY not ok. Young adults yelled all night and the room was smelly. On site staff were A plus but, kiosk was bad. Dont know if we would come back and talk to remote again. Sorry.
