Great hotel. Room was comfortable and clean. Staff was knowledgeable and polite. I would recommend.

Liked: The lobby staff. They were very accommodating and polite.

Great location, nice people and...

Liked: This hotel is very clean and the staff are so nice! Everyday the whole hotel smelled like good food and clean air in the common areas. They give out free cookies too! Everyone who works there has a smile on their face all the time. It's a good location too and the staff are very accommodating. I could not be happier with our stay.
Disliked: The rooms feels a little damp and they could use some TLC in certain areas but if you tell the staff they will fix it for you immediately.

Great location and value for...

Liked: Value for money and a great location only a short ride from downtown and other places like Shem creek, Sullivans island, patriots point.
Disliked: Nothing really. Breakfast was ok but I've come to accept this type of breakfast in the US over what we're used to in the uk.

Liked: The room was spacious, and the location was perfect. And the staff were extremely helpful.
Disliked: The worst breakfast we have ever gotten in a Best Western! And we have stayed at several!
