Liked: The have a waffle machine! That's all I needed right there! The bed was comfy and the room and bathroom was clean. Location is top. Overall, I was pleased with my stay.

Liked: Breakfast was good. Location was great. Staff was friendly, and rooms were comfortable.
Disliked: All fine.

Liked: The location is far from old Pasadena or Caltech. My room was large but had only one dirty window to the corridor with a bright all-night lamp right in front of it such that it was like having no window at all and using the oldish lamps all the time day and night in the room.

Very good

Liked: It's close to the freeway and very easy to find. Plenty of parking. The room was very clean, comfortable, and in very good condition. It had everything I needed. Local evening traffic was very noisy outside, but inside the room I could not hear it at all. I had to get to a VERY early morning event, and this location was great for that. I cannot comment on breakfast because I was out too early for that.
Disliked: Location was a dense business area, rather unattractive. But for my purposes it really did not matter. I brought food, so I cannot comment on nearby restaurants.
