I didn’t stay, was sent...

Liked: How would I know, as they moved my reservation.. sent me to the hotel next door.. and sent me to the furthest room there is on the 7th floor.. quite a hike..Should have discounted my room for the inconvenience..
Disliked: Breakfast was not included.

Liked: I enjoyed that the staff was personable , kind and very helpful when issues arise. I had a bad medical issue that caused me to call 911 and everyone here helped them find my room easily , even helped keep me calm when I was scared and genuinely asked me how I was doing afterwards. Was also easy to stay an extra night unforseen in our same room for a great fee thanks to the excellent staff the past few days we have been here .
Disliked: The tv was hard to use .

Disliked: We had to move rooms as the first one the faucet was broken. The new room was smaller.. This was a pain as I was with 2 children Was also surprised that there were no wall mounted body wash or shampoo in the showers.
