Best Western Parkway Hotel Toronto North

Great value and great hotel!

Liked: Friendly staff and good facilities. Was great location and not far for all things needed on my trip.
Disliked: Nothing that I can think of.

Liked: The pools and hot tub were nice. The balcony for our room was nice with trees outside and decently private.
Disliked: Parking lot was busy and very tight. The walls were very thin and we could hear everyone in the hallways and it was loud in early morning.

Liked: Good location, nice pools, clean room. Balcony was a bonus.
Disliked: I booked online with my visa debit, was not informed I would require a credit card at check in. They were willing to make an exception but charged me an extra $250 security deposit. I didn’t love that. Who doesn’t take visa debit anymore? I have stayed here previously and that was not an issue.

Great place just be careful...

Liked: The security and the front desk staff super nice and helpful.
Disliked: I got injured, there is a door stopper that is in the middle of the hanging closet.My toe sliced in half as it’s in a awkward position. My partner almost also had the same happen to him. Staff was nice enough to send security when I asked for first aid kit and they assisted me and where super helpful and nice. Hotel though did not offer any compensation which was a little disappointing as this is a dangerous and it could happen to anyone it should be removed.
