Superb

Nice place to stay, reasonable...

Liked: Staff was pleasant. Breakfast was good and the service was fast. Free parking is nice. The bar had sports on TV, which was nice for me. The hot water was quick and the flow was good. Cookies with the tea and coffee in the room was nice.
Disliked: The room was on the small side. The shower was quite high to step into and out of. The menu in the restaurant was very limited.

Lovely hotel

Liked: Lovely hotel, decent room size for 3 adults with double and single bed. Spa was overall good Breakfast good
Disliked: Lady spa beds didn’t work.

Needs a revamp

Liked: Location and ease of booking a few rooms together
Disliked: Decor feels tired and needs repaint. Chairs in dining room are rickety and noise carries between rooms.

Comfortable stay

Liked: The location was very convenient
Disliked: The rooms were dated. They won’t seem to have been updated since it was built. The staircase was in desperate need of a new carpet and painting

Disliked: I found the taps in bath almost impossible to work also cold tap on basin

Liked: We had a lovely night away . The room 135 could do with a lick of paint . Would have been nice to be in the refurbished part .
Disliked: Room 135 was in need of a paint
