Best Western Park City Wichita North

The ONLY thing decent was the room rate. I will NEVER stay there again. Towels felt like sandpaper. Hair dryer didn't work. The front desk gentleman said he would bring me another one but he did NOT bring me a new one. They gave us 2 shampoos instead of a conditioner.

Disliked: Shower towels felt like sandpaper. The hair dryer didn't work and I told the gentleman at the front desk. He said he would bring me a new one but he did NOT bring me a new one. So I had to go to the concert with very ugly hair. The Ice Machine didn't work. The trash can outside the side door had NOT been EMPTIED in weeks. There were empty water bottles falling out all over the ground.

Liked: The absolute nicest and cleanest best western I’ve ever been in, nice new smart tv, everything in the room was clean, neat, and stocked, instead of those cheap little bottles of soap in the bathroom they had full sized bottles of shampoo conditioner and body wash. 10/10

Disliked: I did not like the fact that there was no screen on the window as well the locks to the window did not work. For me that is a safety issue.

Liked: Nothing they called me the day of to cancel my reservation. They said the whole motel was closed. Would have been nice to know weeks earlier.

Not the best but it...

Disliked: They Did not have breakfast, and no blanket in the room, renovating but the shower curtain would not stay up, the hall floor was went, heat and air in the room did not work properly, TV did not work.
