No sleep at all

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: Noise noise noise! Me and my 13 year old son hardly slept for 4 nights. Constant banging during the evening/ night. Not sure if it was water pipes or air conditioning? Plus - every time your neighbour takes a shower or flushes a toilet, it feels like you are in the middle of Niagara Falls. Never been in a hotel so poorly insulated!

Good value for money, friendly...

Liked: Clean, friendly staff and surrounded by nice restaurants and cafes and right next to the metro station

Good facilities, but problem with...

Liked: Standard hotel room, comfortable beds, good shower
Disliked: Walls are very thin. You can hear almost everything what is happening outside hotel, as well as what is happening inside (especially at night time)

Location good for what I...

Liked: Location was great for where I needed to be. Room was very clean
Disliked: My room faced the front and directly opposite was a metal roller shutter which started going up and down very early in the morning, which was very noisy. Also there was a building site next door with lorries constantly coming and going again very early. Would have been nice for the hotel to have given prior warning of this. Also when I asked at reception if they had a small amount of milk so I could have a hot drink in my room they said no, despite providing breakfast so surely they should have had some milk.
