Best Western Paris Inn

We wouldn't stay again but...

Liked: The location was good. Staff was kind. The water was hot and the pressure was good. The doors led outside instead of into the hallway. We liked this as an option. Additionally, it was a "smoking" room. One of our guests was a smoker, and this made this a nice option.
Disliked: The rooms were not worth what we paid. We were under the impression the pool was open. The pool was pictured, and it was June. However, had we searched their website further (outside of pictures), we would have learned that the pool was closed permanently. We were not made aware until we arrived and checked in. The chair was falling apart. The outlet was coming out of the wall. (I was scared to plug anything into it) The bathroom had no ventilation.

Dissatified with double billing.

Disliked: Wednesday 14May24. I checked out Sunday morning. Tuesday I got billed for the stay TWICE (2). I called them. They said thed didn't do it. Called my bank. They said Best Western Paris, KY sent thru two (2) charges for the stay on Tuesday 13May25 about 5 hours apart. I expect Best Western Paris, KY, at a minimum, to credit me with one of the charges. I am waiting to hear from their management.
