Great environment, big room and...

Liked: The location isn't too far off campus but still a good distance to not experience traffic or a crowded environment. Staff were super friendly when explaining the policies and upcharges if anything were to change. The room was very spacious.
Disliked: The drain on the tub was very, very slow and the shower curtain did not looked washed or well maintained.

Liked: The room was solid and the bed was comfortable. I liked the vanity/shelf setup in the bath.
Disliked: Continental breakfast was subpar. Get some donuts from a local baker.The fridge made a bad noise as did the fan in the bathroom.a night light in the bathroom would be good.

Liked: Shuttle from airport was great. Friendly front desk and rooms were clean. Toilet in rm 163 needed fixed as you sat down and got up.

Liked: Staff was very nice.
Disliked: Toilet bowl had black all around the lower rim. The hot tub had chemical granules all over. When hot tub was turned on you could hardly breathe from chlorine and made eyes water. Pot holes in bottom of hot tub. Location was Savoy Il.
