Liked: Sheets were clean. Young guy at front desk is exceptional- amazing customer service and communication skills.
Disliked: Need to run a snake through the pipes re sink. Rm 118.Tv remote not workung- no volume control , power to TV on/ off- had tinsel the side switches on TV.Rm was incredibly warm.There was nothing extra in the room to justify the price paid.Fridge freezes things.

Disliked: That we had to change our bed sheets because there was a lot of dog hair in our beds our son was shocked from charging his phone.

Happy and helpful staff on...

Liked: Staff was super friendly. Room seemed like it was cleaned well upon arrival. Check-in and Check-out process was easy. Location was great...easy access to main road that runs through town.
Disliked: Room could have been stocked better. We didn't have soap for our sink, only two tissues left in our tissue box, our door needs weather striping, as there was a big gap letting in cold air and we could easily hear conversations happening right out our door on the balcony by other guests. Walls are thin and I could hear the person snoring all night in the room next to ours. Pillows were all super soft and wishing I had brought my own pillow. Unfortunately didn't sleep well. The fridge also froze everything we had placed in it.
