Liked: the Palm Court was conveniently located near the Highway 99 & freeway access; the property was clean and well maintained which included our room; the staff member Kym who greeted us was very welcoming and helpful; the went out of her way to accommodate our needs for ground floor room and dogs;
Disliked: my only complaint is that the fee for room increased by a few dollars for each night we stayed; also the staff member at the front desk mentioned that they do not get the typed messages that a customer uses when booking the room

Liked: Your beds are very uncomfortable. When being away from home one of the most important things is to try and get good sleep and when the beds are uncomfortable it’s such a disappointment!

Disliked: The bathroom needs hand soap to clean hands after using bathroom, etc. The spa had mold in it after a windstorm (we were told) but it should have been cleaned after the windstorm as it was a very calm day we arrived. Noise from other people using the hotel (we could hear everything they were saying). I would suggest tile or laminate that can be cleaned completely. Carpets can't. The pillows were hard to sleep on.

Disliked: MATTRESSES WERE HARD AND DIDN'T FEEL LIKE THERE WAS ANY PADDING. PILLOWS WERE TOO SMALL. NO ADDITIONAL BLANKETS OR PILLOWS WERE STORED IN THE BEDROOM. WISH YOU HAD SHAMPOO AND CONDITIONER LIKE OTHER HOTELS.
