Best Western, worth it if...

Liked: Staff great, view great, restaurant brilliant.
Disliked: Cramped shower and toilet, room only attended to after 3 full days.

wouldn’t stay again unless refurbished

Liked: very dated. tired worn. in need of a complete renovation!

Food was good. Atmosphere was...

Liked: The chefs and waiting staff were great, as was the food. Cleaners were all very friendly.
Disliked: The entrance from the main road was dingy smelly. The receptionist (young girl, brunette) was probably the most miserable receptionist that I've ever met.Wifi was unusable.

Nice convenient setting

Liked: Position on Douglas promenade, close to ferry terminal. Good breakfast.
Disliked: Parts of the hotel look a bit 'tired'. Carpet in bedroom had large stain.
